ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF AUDUBON PARK, COUNTY OF CAMDEN, AND STATE OF NEW JERSEY PROHIBITING THE PARKING OF VEHICLES ON THE GRASS AND ON THE STREETS 2010:4 NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Audubon Park, County of Camden, and State of New Jersey that parking on the grass and on the streets is prohibited, as follows: SECTION 1. DEFINITIONS – Whenever any words or phrases are used in this Ordinance, the meaning ascribed to them respectively in Subtitle 1 of Title 39 of the Revised Statutes of New Jersey shall be deemed to apply to such words and phrases used herein. SECTION 2. No person shall park a vehicle at any time upon any of the streets or parts thereof within the Borough of Audubon Park as follows: Albatross Road, Bobolink Road, Eagle Road, Goldfinch Road, Hummingbird Road, Ibis Drive, Jackdaw Drive, Nightingale Road, Oriole Drive, Peacock Road, Pelican Drive, Skylark Lane, Whippoorwill Way, Wren Road, Road A, Road B, Road C, Road D except in the authorized designated parking areas along these roadways. Parking is prohibited along both sides of Kennedy Drive, Kennedy Drive North, and Kennedy Drive South for their entire length, except in designated parking areas. Parking is prohibited along both sides of School Lane for its entire length. Parking is permitted at the portion of “A” Road by the Audubon Park Tot Lot and Baseball Field. Parking is prohibited on both sides of the unnamed roadway extending between the Community Hall and the Fire House. Trucks over 15,000 pounds gross weight are hereby excluded from all streets except for the pickup and or delivery of material along such street. Parking on the public or private property grass in the Borough of Audubon Park is hereby prohibited. Residential parking is prohibited in the John R. Kerfoot Building parking lot from 12 AM Friday until 12 AM Sunday. (Parking is only permitted for activities of the John R. Kerfoot Building only.) SECTION 3. Any person who shall violate this Ordinance or any part thereof shall upon conviction pay a fine not exceeding Fifty ($50.00) Dollars, or imprisonment for a term not exceeding five (5) days, or both. SECTION 4. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances inconsistent herewith are hereby repealed as to such inconsistency only. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon final passage and publication according to law.
ORDINANCE NO. 2010-05 BOROUGH OF AUDUBON PARK, NEW JERSEY ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF AUDUBON PARK, COUNTY OF CAMDEN, AND STATE OF NEW JERSEY, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2007-3 - WILDLIFE FEEDING WHEREAS, the Borough of Audubon Park adopted Ordinance No. 2007-03 which prohibits the feeding of unconfined wildlife in any public park or on any other property owned or operated by Audubon Park, on December 3, 2007; and WHEREAS, effective September 9, 2009, the Haddon Township Police Department began providing police protection services to the Borough of Audubon Park; and WHEREAS, in light of the above the Mayor and Borough Council of the Borough of Audubon Park have deemed it in the best interest of the public health, safety and welfare to amend, revise, and supplement Ordinance No. 2007-3. NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, by the Mayor and Borough Council of the Borough of Audubon Park, County of Camden, State of New Jersey, as follows: SECTION I. Section IV of Ordinance No. 2007-3 is hereby amended, revised and supplemented in the following manner: SECTION IV. Enforcement: This ordinance shall be enforced by the Haddon Township Police Department and/or Municipal Officials of Audubon Park NO CHANGE SECTION II: Except as set forth in Section 1, the balance of Ordinance No. 2007-3 shall not be affected by this Ordinance. SECTION III. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances inconsistent with this Ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency. SECTION IV. If the provisions of any section, subsection, paragraph, subdivision, or clause of this Ordinance shall be judged invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such order of judgment shall not affect or invalidate the remainder of any section, subsection, paragraph, subdivision, or clause of this Ordinance. SECTION V. This Ordinance shall take effect immediately upon final passage and publication in accordance with law.
ORDINANCE NO. 2010-06 BOROUGH OF AUDUBON PARK, NEW JERSEY ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF AUDUBON PARK, COUNTY OF CAMDEN, AND STATE OF NEW JERSEY, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2007-2 – CONTAINERIZED YARD WASTE WHEREAS, the Borough of Audubon Park adopted Ordinance No. 2007-2 which established requirements for the proper handling of yard waste in Audubon Park, on November 3, 2007; and WHEREAS, effective September 9, 2009, the Haddon Township Police Department began providing police protection services to the Borough of Audubon Park; andWHEREAS, in light of the above the Mayor and Borough Council of the Borough of Audubon Park have deemed it in the best interest of the public health, safety and welfare to amend, revise, and supplement Ordinance No. 2007-2. NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, by the Mayor and Borough Council of the Borough of Audubon Park, County of Camden, State of New Jersey, as follows: SECTION I. Section V of Ordinance No. 2007-2 is hereby amended, revised and supplemented in the following manner: SECTION V. ORDINANCE NO. 2010 -07 BOROUGH OF AUDUBON PARK, NEW JERSEY ORDINANCE OF THE BOROUGH OF AUDUBON PARK, COUNTY OF CAMDEN, AND STATE OF NEW JERSEY, AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 2008-2 – PLACEMENT OF GARBAGE FOR COLLECTION WHEREAS, the Borough of Audubon Park adopted Ordinance No. 2008-2 which established regulations concerning the placing of garbage, refuse and waste matter in proper receptacles for collection, on April 1, 2008; and WHEREAS, effective September 9, 2009, the Haddon Township Police Department began providing police protection services to the Borough of Audubon Park; and WHEREAS, in light of the above the Mayor and Borough Council of the Borough of Audubon Park have deemed it in the best interest of the public health, safety and welfare to amend, revise, and supplement Ordinance No. 2008-2. NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED, by the Mayor and Borough Council of the Borough of Audubon Park, County of Camden, State of New Jersey, as follows: SECTION I. BOROUGH OF AUDUBON PARK COUNTY OF CAMDEN STATE OF NEW JERSEY RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE BOROUGH OF AUDUBON PARK TO ENTER INTO AND EXECUTE A UNIFORM SHARED SERVICES AGREEMENT WITH THE COUNTY OF CAMDEN-2010:18 WHEREAS, the Borough of Audubon Park is a municipal corporation and body politic duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of New Jersey; WHEREAS, the County of Camden is body politic and corporate of the State of New Jersey; WHEREAS, pursuant to the Uniform Shared Services and Consolidation Act, N.J.S.A. 40A:65-1 et seq., municipalities are authorized to enter into agreements to provide or receive services; and WHEREAS, the County of Camden is desirous to provide funds on Alcoholism and Drug Abuse to the Audubon Board of Education which benefits the children of Audubon Park; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Audubon Park, that the aforementioned Uniform Shared Services Agreement is hereby approved; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor of the Borough of Audubon Park is authorized to implement this resolution and execute any documents necessary in connection therewith.
NEW JERSEY DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION BUREAU OF LOCAL AID RECOMMENDATION OF AWARD STATE AID PROJECT 2010:20 BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and Borough Council of Audubon Park hereby recommends to the New Jersey Department of Transportation that the contract for FY2010 NJDOT Trust Fund Reconstruction of Road “A”, Phase 3 in the Borough of Audubon Park, County of Camden be awarded to Asphalt Paving Systems, Inc., whose Alternate No. 1 Bid amounted to $122,033.25 subject to the approval of the Department. That the presiding officer of this body be and is hereby directed to sign for and on its behalf the contract in the prescribed form for said construction.
